Do you ship internationally?

Please contact our customer service department if you would like your order shipped internationally. We generally use FedEx or UPS for international shipments.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be received back to our facility within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us for an RMA to ship your item(s) back. If you refuse delivery, additional fees may apply, so please contact us first. All defective items shall be replaced with the same item free of charge. In the event of a replacement, all shipping charges will be waived unless you opt for a refund. Items received after the 30 day window will be assessed a 20% or more restocking fee. If the item is opened and used, the restocking fee will be adjusted on a case by case basis. Pre-orders will be refunded within 2-3 business days less a 10% cancellation fee.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship standard orders via FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx ground. If you opt for an expedited delivery option, we also utilize FedEx express services. We also ship USPS for those items that are smaller. You can make a choice as to what service you want your order shipped at the time of checkout.

My order is lost or damaged, what should I do?

Don't panic, you can email our customer service or give us a call and we're more than happy to research the issue and send out replacements free of charge, provided that the item has indeed been lost or damaged in transit.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

If you would like your item(s) gift wrapped or would like a personal message included, please contact us and we're more than happy to make special arrangements to accommodate you. Please note that not all items can be gift wrapped due to size or for other reasons.
